  Pearl Kwezi Kakitahi is a Human Resources Professional, and Career Development Coach with over 19 years work and consultancy experience in hospitality and faith-based organizations.

Her passion is supporting high school students and graduates as they explore career pathways, as well as professionals, particularly women, who are balancing the demands of work, family, and changing seasons of life.

Drawing from her experience in Human Resources, counselling, coaching, mentoring, Pearl creates a safe and practical space where individuals can gain clarity, make informed choices, and take confident action. Her approach is thoughtful, grounded, and focused on helping people align their strengths, aspirations, and opportunities with the realities of todays evolving world of work.

 Pearl brings not only professional insight but also lived experience of transitioning in and out of the work place two times as she balanced the demands of a growing family life and the dynamics of returning to an evolved workplace. 

Many people spend 40 to 50 years working, yet many end up feeling stuck, unfulfilled, or unsure whether they are in the right path. Some are in careers they never truly chose, others keep switching direction hoping something will finally fit, and many simply lack the guidance to connect who they are with meaningful work that also provides a decent living. Over time, this becomes a quiet waste of time, energy, and opportunity.

Career coaching exists to change that.

As a licensed CDAP practitioner, she works with parents, students, and professionals to bring clarity to career direction. Through the assessments she helps the discover or explore their personality, learning style, motivation, strengths, and values to understand how they are naturally designed to function and thrive. From this, she supports them to identify realistic and suitable career paths that align with both ability and opportunity. The goal is not to limit them to one option. In most cases, there are at least ten viable career directions that can suit an individual when properly understood and guided.

From there, she supports them to develop a 15-year career plan that provides structure and direction that will help them grow intentionally from entry level to mastery, rather than drifting, repeating cycles, or constantly starting over.

In addition, she offers

1. Executive Coaching  for professionals and leaders who want to improve performance, decision-making, and leadership effectiveness using practical, proven frameworks such as the TREES model (Tell your Story, Reveal desired result, Explore options, Empower action, Support implementation) OSCAR model (Outcome, Situation, Choices, Actions, Review) and the GROW model (Goal, Reality, Options, Way Forward) to support structured reflection and real progress.
2. Life coaching for people experiencing difficulty navigating common life challenges. 
3. 1-year faith-based mentoring programme using a Life Vision Statement approach, for individuals and small groups seeking to align purpose, values, and daily decisions.

The aim is simple: less confusion, fewer wasted years, and a more intentional, well-aligned life and career journey.
